Fire Safety

This week our theme was “Fire Safety”.  We made a fire safety book, painted a Dalmatian, made an emercency fire scene and talked about what to do in case of a fire.  The Stetsonville Fire Chief also came to visit us and talked to the children about the tools firemen use and what to do in an emergency.  We got to see the fire engine and learned how to STOP, DROP & ROLL!  Our letter for the week was Ff.

Next week our theme will be “Hibernation & Migration”.  The children will be making raccoons, Canadian geese, turtles and a bear book.  We will learn what hibernation & migration means and talk about what animals do in the winter.  There is no Pre-K class on Wednesday, Oct. 15th & Thursday, Oct. 16th so please make other arrangements for your child.
