Week Of 5-2-11

This week our theme was ‘Oceans & Mother’s Day’.  We made a scuba diver & jellyfish.  We continued to work at finishing up our testing before the end of the school year.  On Wednesday & Thursday the Taylor County Health Dept finished our final round of fluoride varnishes.  We also had help from the high school FFA students in making a gift for Mother’s Day…we hope you like it!

Next week our theme will continue to be ‘Oceans’.  We will make a starfish, ocean photo album, giant fish book and a classroom book about our favorite ocean animal.  We will continue to work on fine motor skills as the children use beads to create their very own bracelet.  We will also review letters and numbers this week.
